Sam Palmer

Mr. Palmer is responsible for multifamily investments and development within Stockdale. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Palmer was the EVP of Stoneweg US, an investment and development company based in Geneva, Switzerland with the responsibility overseeing the US multifamily portfolio valued at $2.1 billion. Prior to Stoneweg, Sam worked for TruAmerica Multifamily, a $16 billion AUM firm, running asset management for the Pacific Northwest and Mountain regions. Sam also oversaw investments for a family office with a diverse portfolio of domestic and international assets, development groups focused on both urban infill and large scale land development and a production homebuilding company. Sam graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from UNLV and a Master of Real Estate Development from USC.
