Jeff Bhathal

Mr. Bhathal is an investor-focused real estate leasing and asset management executive with 15+ years of industry experience. In his role at Stockdale, he is responsible for overseeing and managing leasing activities, with specific experience in retail, office and industrial. Mr. Bhathal also assist with acquisitions, manages and oversees third party CRE brokerage teams on his projects, and works closely with Stockdale’s investment, construction management, development and property management teams in an effort to maximize returns on all assets for Stockdale’s investors. Prior to joining Stockdale, Mr. Bhathal was a Vice President of Leasing- Western Region at CIM Group where he oversaw and managed a vast portfolio of roughly 7 million square feet spanning from Los Angeles to Denver. CIM is a real estate, debt, and infrastructure focused private equity fund sponsor and investment manager with over $31 billion of assets under management. Mr. Bhathal has also held prominent positions at Lincoln Property Company where he was a Vice President of Leasing and Brokerage and at Newmark as an Associate Director. Mr. Bhathal was born and raised in Southern California and earned his BA at Chapman University in Orange County, CA.
