Ian Lesyk

Mr. Lesyk is responsible for managing retail investments on behalf of Stockdale.  He brings over a decade of experience in the retail and office industry across the asset management and development disciplines.  Prior to joining Stockdale, he was the Vice President of Development at Redcar Properties, leading the design, development, and construction for over one million square feet of class A creative office space.  Prior to Redcar, Mr. Lesyk was an Asset Manager at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW), responsible for managing a portfolio of flagship and regional shopping center assets across the West Coast.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Information Engineering from Cornell University.
