Greg Williams

Mr. Williams is responsible for overseeing all construction and development activity, working integrally with both asset management and acquisition teams to provide project feedback. Mr. Williams has 30 years experience in real estate across acquisitions, feasibility analysis, entitlements, contractor selections, contract management, construction administration and management. His work experience includes development and redevelopment of office towers, hotels, malls, residential and mixed-use projects, most recently at CIM Group in Los Angeles in the role of Vice President of Development.

Mr. Williams also spent time at a large private equity/development firm in Austin, Texas as a Senior Vice President of Construction and Development. He began his career in Southern California as a general contractor and has also spent significant time working with disaster relief charities and municipalities. Mr. Williams graduated with a Bachelor of Art in Materials Science and a certificate in construction management from the University of California, Los Angeles.
