Gina Abbott

Gina Abbott is the President of Property Management where she oversees all owned assets across the portfolio. With over 20 years of experience, she most recently was Senior Managing Director for Lincoln Property Company’s Property Management division nationally with oversight of all owned and third-party assets totaling 500+ million SF and 300+ Property Management professionals. Prior she was the Head of Property Management for the West Coast where she completed the integration of the firm’s first merger & acquisition in the company’s 60-year history. Prior to Lincoln, she was Director of Property Management of the Los Angeles region at Hudson Pacific Properties (HPP) and prior to HPP she performed portfolio management with Cushman & Wakefield, Jones Lang La Salle and CBRE.
