Donald Cloutier

Mr. Cloutier is a placemaking focused General Manager with a 13-year track record in Mixed-Use Assets with a focus on Retail. In his role at Stockdale, he is responsible for overseeing and managing The Shops at Northfield and Commercial components of The Source in Denver, Colorado. Prior to joining Stockdale, Mr. Cloutier was the General Manager for Dairy Block, a vibrant mixed-use micro district in the heart of Denver, CO. His role oversaw all leasing, marketing, and day-to-day operations. Mr. Cloutier previously oversaw multiple shopping centers in several markets with Simon Property Group, SPG, and Washington Prime Group, WPG. Mr. Cloutier was born in Indianapolis, Indiana and earned his BS in Finance from the University of Indianapolis.
