David Schoenberger

Mr. Schoenberger is responsible for the evaluation of new investment opportunities across all property types, as well as supporting fundraising efforts on behalf of the firm. Prior to joining Stockdale, Mr. Schoenberger worked in the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman Sachs. At Goldman, he was responsible for evaluating real estate equity and credit investments across a variety of acquisition and development opportunities, as well as asset management within the firm’s real estate principal investing platform. He earned a BS in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
