Christie Kong

Christie brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience in property, construction, and asset management to her position. With a solid history of building and maintaining strong client and employee relationships, she is able to meet both client and employee goals which in today’s market is a highly sought-after skill. Before joining Stockdale Capital, Christie was a Director for Cushman and Wakefield’s Asset Services, leading a diverse portfolio of approximately 2.5 million square feet of office, life science, and medical office projects throughout San Diego County. Her experience includes Asset Manager with Gemini Rosemont, Business Development and General Manager with Meissner Jacquet Real Estate, and Director of Property Management at Emmes Realty.

Native to Los Angeles, she moved to San Diego and obtained a Bachelors of Arts Degree from the University of California San Diego. She holds an RPA designation and California Brokers License. In her spare time, she loves to travel, cook, and spend time with family and little dog, Monchichi.
