Bryan Fairbanks

Mr. Fairbanks is responsible for assisting with managing all development activity including entitlements, design, permitting, and construction across all property types. He also performs feasibility analyses for new acquisitions. Prior to joining Stockdale, Mr. Fairbanks was an Associate Vice President of Development at CIM Group where he was responsible for managing complex, mixed-use development projects on the east and west coasts. Mr. Fairbanks holds a BS in Construction Engineering from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo and an MS in Civil Engineering from Stanford University.
