Brian Grefsrud

Mr. Grefsrud is the Chief Financial Officer of Stockdale and is responsible for the financial and accounting activities of the firm.  Prior to joining Stockdale, Mr. Grefsrud spent the majority of his career at Oaktree Capital Management where he was a Managing Director responsible for the fund accounting and operations of their real estate funds.  He also served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Oaktree Real Estate Income Trust, Inc.  Including his tenure at Oaktree, Mr. Grefsrud has over 30 years of experience within the financial and accounting industries.  Mr. Grefsrud attended California Lutheran University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the California Society of CPAs
