Bastian Peters

Bastian Peters is Managing Director and co-head of the firm’s retail platform, where he oversees all retail asset management activities and plays a key role in sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities. Mr. Peters brings over 11 years of institutional real estate experience with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) working in Europe and the U.S. His most recent role at URW was Vice President of Asset Management and M&A, where he helped lead U.S. investment and disposition strategies. Prior to that, he served as Head of URW’s U.S. regional portfolio, managing the performance and operations of a diverse retail portfolio.
Mr. Peters holds an M.Sc. in International Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and the Stockholm School of Economics. Fluent in English, German, and Dutch, and conversational in Spanish, he brings a global perspective and deep sector expertise to the firm’s retail investment strategy.
