Ashley Zappia

Ashley Zappia leads the team at the Galleria in Scottsdale, AZ, where she oversees all operational and property management activities.  Her role as General Manager encompasses leasing initiatives, tenant relations, strategic budgeting, reporting, capital projects, and team management. Her goal is to operate the Galleria as the premier office destination within Old Town Scottsdale and to contribute to the expansive growth of Stockdale Management.

Her career spans over 15 years across multiple geographies with work experience at two leading firms in the real estate industry.  She has held leadership roles at Tishman Speyer and Cushman & Wakefield, where she worked at Class A properties in Chicago, New York City, and Phoenix.  Her decade-long tenure at Tishman Speyer included the management of operations at the Tishman Speyer headquarters in Rockefeller Plaza.  At Cushman & Wakefield, she led a team of over 20 employees in Phoenix, steering property management and asset services across a diverse portfolio encompassing Office, Medical Office, and Life Sciences.

Ashley holds a Bachelor’s in Communications and Pre-Law from the University of Arizona and a Master’s in Organizational Psychology from the University of London.
