Anthony Lumby

Mr. Lumby is responsible for originating, structuring, and executing new investments across all property types. Previously, he was a member of the real estate investments team at CIM Group, where he focused on originating equity, preferred equity, and credit investments across all asset classes on behalf of the firm’s discretionary funds and separate accounts. Prior to CIM, Mr. Lumby worked at the Related Companies, where he focused on large-scale urban mixed-use development opportunities, at Eastdil Secured, where he focused on equity sales and debt placement, and at Wells Fargo Securities, where he focused on real estate securitization and capital markets. Mr. Lumby earned his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations Global Business from the University of Southern California and his Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
