Stockdale Capital Partners announces new lease agreements at 1401 Philomena Medical Office building in Austin, Texas
Centrally-located property at 1401 Philomena St., adjacent to Dell Children’s Medical Center, has 129,382 square feet of rentable office space
LOS ANGELES – September 10, 2025 –Stockdale Capital Partners (“Stockdale”), a Los Angeles-based, vertically-integrated real estate investment firm, announced it has inked lease agreements with two new tenants at 1401 Philomena St. in Central Austin, which Stockdale acquired in 2024.
The new tenants include a fully-integrated dental care provider, which will occupy 13,000 square feet beginning in June 2026. In addition, an Austin-based ENT physician will occupy a 3,000 square-foot space beginning in November 2025.
