Stockdale Capital Partners acquires the former hClub at 1717 Vine Street in Hollywood

Major hospitality asset with prime location in heart of Hollywood at Hollywood & Vine

LOS ANGELES – April 22, 2021 – Stockdale Capital Partners (“Stockdale”), a Los Angeles-based, vertically-integrated real estate investment firm, announced that it acquired the former hClub at 1717 Vine Street in a deal that closed on April 19, 2021.

1717 Vine Street underwent substantial capital improvements in 2019, including the addition of an outdoor swimming pool, a spectacular rooftop restaurant, and an open-air lounge. The property has 35 luxury-appointed guest suites with an average of 780 square feet, with additional building amenities that include private event space, numerous indoor and outdoor dining and lounge options, a fitness center, a recording studio, private office suites, and a plush-seating theater/screening room.

Located just south of the Hollywood Freeway and steps from the Metro B Line’s Hollywood/Vine subway station, 1717 Vine Street is near iconic locales including the Capitol Records building, the Pantages Theatre, the Dolby Theatre, the El Capitan Theatre, the TCL Chinese Theatre, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Hollywood Palladium, the Hollywood Bowl, and the Hollywood & Highland complex. 1717 Vine Street is also near cutting-edge “tech-tainment” companies with offices in the surrounding area, including Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Apple, Disney+, and Hulu.
