Stockdale Capital Partners announces appointment of Gina Abbott as President of Property Management

Gina Abbott will oversee operations for Stockdale’s national property management division, Stockdale Management

LOS ANGELES – September 3, 2025 — Stockdale Capital Partners (“Stockdale”), a vertically-integrated real estate investment firm, is pleased to announce Gina Abbott has joined Stockdale as President of the firm’s property management division, Stockdale Management, where she will oversee the management of all assets across the firm’s portfolio.

With over 20 years of experience, Gina most recently served as Senior Managing Director of the Property Management division for Lincoln Property Company, with oversight of all owned and third-party assets totaling more than 500 million square feet, with over 300 property management professionals nationwide. Previously, Gina served as Head of Lincoln Property Company’s Property Management for the West Coast, where she oversaw the integration of the company’s first merger and acquisition in its 60-year history.  

Prior to Lincoln Property Company, Gina was Director of Property Management for the Los Angeles region at Hudson Pacific Properties (HPP). Before her tenure at HPP, she performed portfolio management with Cushman & Wakefield, Jones Lang La Salle and CBRE.
