Los Angeles and Denver, CO (February 4, 2026) – Stockdale Capital Partners (“Stockdale”), in collaboration with UBS’s Unified Global Alternatives – Real Estate business, today announced the successful completion of a strategic recapitalization of The Shops at Northfield, Denver’s most visited open-air lifestyle center.
Since acquiring the property in 2021, Stockdale has executed a series of transformative initiatives including securing entitlements for up to 1,500 multifamily units, reletting former anchor boxes to Wayfair and Life Time, and completing approximately 350,000 square feet of new leases including leading national brands such as Lululemon, Nike, Sephora, and a national grocer. Through a proactive asset management strategy, Stockdale has driven leasing velocity, enhanced the tenant mix, and elevated the overall guest experience.
The recapitalization underscores the strength of the property’s operating performance and positions the asset for long-term growth within one of the Denver region’s most compelling retail submarkets. The next phase of execution will include a comprehensive placemaking and repositioning strategy, alongside continued leasing momentum.
