Stockdale Capital Partners announces entry into multi-family platform with acquisition of luxury Dallas property
Stockdale acquires Amelia at Farmer’s Market, further expanding their fast-growing portfolio of assets
LOS ANGELES – October 6, 2025 – Stockdale Capital Partners (“Stockdale”), a Los Angeles-based, vertically-integrated real estate investment firm, announced it acquired Amelia at Farmer’s Market, a 297-unit luxury residential building in Downtown Dallas in an all-cash transaction.
Stockdale is poised to continue to expand its multi-family division, led by Sam Palmer and Chase Jensen. “At Stockdale, our strategy is to build a multifamily platform anchored in modern, high-demand assets within strong markets,” said Sam Palmer, Managing Director of Asset Management at Stockdale. “Amelia is a prime example of the type of property and location we plan to acquire at scale as we expand our platform.”
Built in 2019, the highly amenitized five-story property is in downtown Dallas’ niche Farmers Market neighborhood. With a walk score of 95 and located within the dense downtown employment district, the property is 94% leased. Amelia offers best-in-market amenities such as an open-air sky lounge with views of Downtown, a rooftop infinity edge pool, an all-inclusive courtyard pool and lounge, a wine lounge, community library and 24-hour state-of-the-art health studio, and designer kitchens with luxury finishes.
“Dallas is one of the markets where we have the strongest conviction for both revenue growth and appreciation,” said Chase Jensen, Managing Director of Acquisitions at Stockdale. “The population and employment growth, combined with the overall economic engine of the Metroplex, make it a compelling market for higher-quality multifamily investments. Securing an opportunity in the Farmer’s Market submarket, with its proximity to the downtown employment boom, perfectly aligns with our investment thesis. Amelia is well positioned to benefit from this period of expansion in and around the downtown core.”
This transaction models the future growth structure for its multi-family portfolio: Stockdale will provide institutional grade ownership at Amelia in partnership with Greystar, who has been brought on to manage daily operations of the building.
