Kate Carter is a marketing leader with extensive experience in commercial real estate, recognized for her innovative approach and transformational leadership style. With more than a decade of experience at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Kate directed major retail redevelopments at premier locations such as Westfield Topanga, Valley Fair and UTC in addition to leading the data & analytics and field marketing teams. Leveraging her degree in Business Marketing from San Jose State University, she successfully managed multimillion-dollar budgets, developed strategic marketing plans and significantly increased tenant sales and consumer engagement. Kate’s collaborative and communicative leadership fosters highly motivated teams focused on building national and international business and retail partnerships to create quality, customer-centered experiences. Known for her innovative mindset, she has successfully driven digital transformations and strategic partnerships, resulting in remarkable growth.
