Zach Morrison

Mr. Morrison is responsible for originating, structuring, and executing new investments across all property types.  Previously, he was a member of the acquisitions team at Triangle Capital Group, a private real estate investment firm.  At Triangle, he focused on special situations where he worked on the acquisitions of equity (via co-investments and direct investments) and debt (via secondary note acquisitions and structured finance). Prior to Triangle, Mr. Morrison worked at PILOT Real Estate Group, a family office based in Greenwich, CT, that focused on originating short-term debt and ground-up multifamily development. Mr. Morrison graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
