Troy Geyer

Mr. Geyer leads and directs development activity including feasibility studies and site investigations, entitlements, budgeting, planning, design and engineering, permitting, construction, leasing, and property management across all property types. In addition, he manages a team of development personnel and interfaces and collaborates closely with Stockdale leadership, investment and finance, asset management, property management and operations teams, tenants, investors, lenders, internal and external consultants, and various government agencies. Prior to Stockdale, Mr. Geyer was Vice President of Development and Construction with KZ Companies, where he oversaw a development pipeline for several large national corporations, and managed operations of the firms general contracting division throughout the State of California. Mr. Geyer holds a B.S. in Architectural Studies, and Master of Architecture, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
