Rob Hauck

Mr. Hauck is the General Manager of 20 Greenway Plaza in Houston, Texas. A seasoned property manager, his real estate management career stretches nearly 30 years. Most recently he was a Senior Operations Director with Festival Management Company overseeing a luxury retail and mixed-use center (about 1 million sf) in the River Oaks District of Houston.
Prior to that (2016-2019), Mr. Hauck was a Senior Property Manager with Parkway Properties managing 5 Class A office buildings and a subterranean shopping center at Greenway Plaza (nearly 2 million square feet). During his tenure at Memorial Hermann Health Systems as Director of Real Estate (2013-2016) he and his team earned a BOMA International Office Building of the Year Award for 2015 for the Memorial City Medical Plaza 4. His experience includes 4 years (2009-2013) as Facilities Director/Alliance Director for CBRE overseeing the British Petroleum and Consolidated Rental Car accounts in Houston. At Griffin Partners in Houston, as Vice President of Property Management, Mr. Hauck was responsible for the oversight of 15 Class A & B office properties totaling 4.2M square feet.
Early in his career, Mr. Hauck spent 14 years with Hines, as Group Property Manager, where he rose through the ranks eventually overseeing 20 offices with a combined asset value of more than $1B in Houston, Texas and Moscow, Russia.

Mr. Hauck holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Illinois, Urbana/Champaign and a Texas Brokers License, in addition, he is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management.
