Paula Pfleuger

Ms. Pfleuger is responsible for hospitality asset management, as well as performing acquisition diligence and operational oversight. Ms. Pfleuger brings over 35 years of hospitality experience across all aspects of hotel acquisitions and management. Prior to joining Stockdale (and its predecessor family office) in 2006, Ms. Pfleuger was a Director and Practice Leader at Pricewaterhouse Coopers (“PwC”) and from 2004 to 2006 managed the firm’s Hospitality & Leisure practice in the Western U.S. Throughout her years with PwC, she advised clients across all sectors of the hospitality industry on many aspects of the hotel business, including engagements with major hotel companies, owners, developers, lenders, investment banks and law firms. Prior to this, Ms. Pfleuger held two positions in which she provided hospitality consulting services. Ms. Pfleuger has been a speaker at several industry conferences including Americas Lodging Investment Summit, Meet the Money and the UCLA Real Estate Conference. Ms. Pfleuger graduated with a Bachelor of Art in Hospitality Management from Florida International University in Miami, Florida.
