Paul Park

Mr. Park is the assistant general counsel for Stockdale and is responsible for all legal aspects involving Stockdale. Prior to joining Stockdale, Mr. Park practiced law in the real estate and project finance departments of several international law firms in their New York and Los Angeles offices including at Morrison & Foerster, Paul Hastings and Akin Gump. He has represented public companies, private equity firms, and financial institutions in all aspects of real estate transactions including purchase, sale, financing, joint ventures, and development. Mr. Park graduated from Columbia Law School as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and Best in Class-Real Estate Transactions. He also served as the articles editor of the Columbia Journal of Tax Law. Mr. Park received his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin where he graduated with Highest Honors, received the Distinguished College Scholar award and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
