Jason Harter

Mr. Harter is responsible for originating, structuring, and executing new investments across all property types.  Previously, he was a member of the real estate team at Fortress Investment Group, a global private equity firm.  At Fortress, he was responsible for acquisitions of all asset classes across North America and Europe. Prior to Fortress, Mr. Harter worked in multifamily and industrial acquisitions RealtyMogul, a crowdfunded real estate investment firm. Jason began his career at PCCP (Pacific Coast Capital Partners), a real estate private equity firm, where he worked in asset management across all asset classes in the US. Mr. Harter earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
