Francis Corso

Mr. Corso is responsible for overseeing hospitality development and acquisition due diligence, focusing on the implementation and execution of capital plans. Mr. Corso brings 10+ years of experience in private equity real estate, overseeing the deployment of over $300 million of capital for value-add repositioning and ground up development projects. Prior to joining Stockdale, Mr. Corso was on the Capital Planning team of KSL Resorts, a global leader in hospitality ownership and management. Prior to joining KSL Resorts, Francis was Vice President of Construction for Fowler Property Acquisitions, a fully integrated investment platform, where he led due diligence, entitlements, design and construction for commercial and hospitality portfolios. Francis holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Catholic University in Washington, D.C. and pursuing his Masters of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University.
